Coffee effect and AutoManics

I was in Pune for my long weekend and while getting to office directly from the airport on the way back, all I could think of was to how am I going to spend the entire day at work... The non stop cafe hopping n Ossy's sudden mood to TALK at 3 in the night, has left me with just an hour of sleep before I boarded the flight... After getting down at blore a couple of hours late, I took the volvo to the office.. Two hours on the bus to reach whitefiled was spent just in planning how to sneak out as early as possible... I had an MBA fair to attend in the evening at Taj which I had completely forgottten....

After reaching, I sat on my computer to check the mails and what I could read was the best thing that could have happened... Tracy (my client) has requested to postpone the evening call.. Though I was thrilled, I started feeling even more sleepy... Coz I knew I had absolutely nothing to do...

Sunil asked me for a sutta n I accompanied him... I quickly went to the 2nd floor to grab my mug of cappacino... While the dispenser was on I was preparing myself for that terrible shot... I really hated that coffee...

Our sutta discussion is always just around cars, mods and how we can't afford any of them.. :) And this time it went on for too long... The contessa project that one of my close friends has started working on was the hot discussion... 400+ horses with turbochargers... A black metallic paint with yellow fire dragon sticker... n yea chrome alloys... Me n Sunil went on before we realized we are incredible at creating ideas... And at time outlandishly identical in our passion for cars...

I failed to realize, but the coffee I really hated had actuated my brain cells completely... I asked him let's create a automobile club in the company... It didn't even take seconds before we were unanimous on what, how and when we wanna do it...

Sunil's great poster making skills along with my favorite car and the quotes... The Mustang... Sometimes I like it's unicorn more than the prancing horse of the ferrari... We decided to put that on the welcome message of AutoManiacs.... Within hours we were ready with all the ground work from getting a blog space, distribution list and creating the welcome message...

I pressed the red button (club invite) at possibly the worst time.. Just before the lunch... It was particularly bad if you were expecting a quick response from the audience... But to my surprise, people delayed going for lunch just to read up what we sent...

84 membership request in less than an hour... The worst n seemengly longest day at work turned to be the most overwhelming day of my life ...

And after all this I was out of office at 3:45 p.m...
